"I only had a short stay in Buenos Aires and wanted to get started at Spanish classes quickly. I emailed Verbaires once I arrived in BA and was able to start one-to one tuition within a couple of days. From my research, Verbaires charges about the same for one-to-one tuition as some schools do for group lessons, and I felt I would gain more from individual tuition. My teacher Ana was lovely - friendly, helpful and patient. Although there is a set format which the classes cover (i.e. survival Spanish - how to get around, book travel/hotels, cope in restaurants etc), she was very willing to answer any questions I had about other aspects of Spanish, and I came away feeling I had covered a lot in 3 days. I would recommend Verbaires wholeheartedly, particularly as I have spoken since to friends who did Spanish classes in other language schools in BA, and who did not have nearly as positive an experience as I did. I only wish I´d been able to stay on longer and study more."
